Minute Maid Soft Frozen Lemonades retain their quality in the freezer for up to sixteen months from the date of manufacture, and Minute Maid Juice Bars retain their quality in the freezer for up to a year from the date of manufacture. As with all frozen food products, if the product has not been stored at zero degrees Fahrenheit, freezer burn can occur. If the product has been subjected to several freeze/thaw cycles, the product’s overall texture and taste will be affected.
What causes ice crystals to form on top of the products?
Ice crystals occur naturally in frozen products. Excessive ice crystals (a snowy appearance) may result from fluctuations in storage temperature.
How do I read the date code on my box?
The code shows the expiration date on the product (ten digits and two letters). The first two digits are the month, the next two are the day, the last two are the year and the last four digits following the letters JJ are the military time.
